GMG participates with many HMOs, PPOs and other
insurance plans. We also accept Medicare. If your insurance plan has co-pay, you
will be expected to cover that cost before services are
rendered. If you request services that are not
considered covered benefits by your health plan,
you will be notified that payment for those
services will be your responsibility.
We diagnose and treat all job-related injuries
and illnesses. We also provide second opinions
and gladly accept walk-ins. GMG requests that
you report your work-related injury or illness
to your immediate supervisor within 24 hours of
the incident. In addition, please provide us
with all pertinent information, i.e., employer
name, address, phone number, date of
injury/illness, injury/illness sustained, and a
contact person to verify this information. If
you have any questions regarding your bill,
