2. What should I bring to my doctor’s appointment?
   Please bring your insurance card, driver’s license or other form of identification and medications. For any applicable co-payment; please refer to your insurance card.
   
   
3. I have been scheduled for a radiology exam, should I eat or take my medication before the exam?
   It depends on what radiology exam you are having. Please call the radiology department at 210-921-3857 for detailed information.
   
   
4. I have a lab test scheduled, should I eat or drink anything?
   Please refer to your physician by calling 210-921-3861.
   
   
5. What is the recommended attire for my Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation appointment? Comfortable clothing and shoes that you can actively move in.
   
   
6. What do I do to obtain treatment for an on the job injury?
