All Texas HMO plans earned a 2026 5-star rating. Here’s what that means for you:
- Year-round opportunity (5-star SEP): eligible beneficiaries can switch once per year, December 8 through November 30.
- Marketing advantage: plans recognized for top-quality care and member experience.
- Retention boost: better service and outcomes help keep members satisfied and enrolled.

Critical Reminder: C-SNP Verification (60 Days) for Members Enrolled into Chronic Plans
- A provider must verify at least one qualifying chronic condition within 60 days of the member’s start date.
- Best practice: use the Agent Portal C-SNP workflow to download and upload attestations and submit forms.
- If verification is missed, the member will be disenrolled from the C-SNP.
Benefit Highlight: Food and Home Card (SSBCI)
- Monthly allowance on a Visa card for healthy groceries plus qualifying utilities.
- Funds do not roll over. Encourage members to use the full amount each month.
- Members can check balances in their MyDevoted (devoted.com) app or the CVS OTC Health Solutions App.
