Dr. Neave was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas. She loved that it was close to Mexico, and it allowed her to grow up with her large extended family. She went into medicine because she enjoys the process of finding a diagnosis, learning about medicine and most importantly she wants to help people.

Dr. Neave graduated with a dual Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Religion from Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, TX. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in Loma Linda, CA. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Medical Center in Merced, CA.

With extensive healthcare training she continues to focus on whole person care, which focuses on the importance of a community, a well-balanced diet, and exercise. She is currently a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians and The American Medical Association.

During her free time, Dr. Neave enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, and being outdoors. She also likes to give back to her community through volunteering.

Dr. Neave is fluent in both English and Spanish.
