As a patient-centered, provider-led medical group, we’re excited to welcome you to New Patient Orientation. During your visit, you’ll learn about Gonzaba Medical Group, our coordinated care model, and the services available to support your healthcare journey.

Sessions include refreshments, Gonzaba giveaways, and the opportunity to win door prizes!

Your Questions, Answered!

Can I bring my partner or caretaker even if they are not a Gonzaba patient?

Yes! We encourage you to bring your caretaker or partner! It would be best to make note of this on your RSVP so we can account for the addition!

What if I RSVP and then my plans suddenly change? Can I cancel?

Yes. We understand that plans frequently change and would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Help! I don’t know which session to choose!

All orientations will have the same information presented and are structured the same way. So ultimately, we encourage you to choose the session that works best for you based on your availability and any travel arrangements you may need.

Do I have to stay the entire session?

We encourage you to stay the entire session so that you have a chance to win prizes that will be offered at the end, but this is not required!

Are the sessions free?

Yes! Everything is complimentary of Gonzaba Medical Group.
