PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION/PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy staff are committed to providing patients with safe and effective treatments. After an initial evaluation, a comprehensive plan is crafted to quickly begin the recovery process. This plan will include an exercise program individually designed for the patient and their specific situation, access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment, and education to help patients promote mobility, decrease pain, and improve their physical abilities for best quality of life. Dr. Bradley Smith and Dr. Rogelio Solano are the in-house Doctors of Chiropractic and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Erin Forsythe, PT, DPT and Stuart Saunders, PT, MPT are the in-house Physical Therapists.
