Important update regarding our Downtown Clinic
Due to ongoing construction at the complex where Gonzaba’s Downtown Clinic is located, we have experienced persistent challenges that negatively impact the patient experience—particularly related to access, noise, parking, and overall comfort. Despite our efforts, these conditions are expected to continue.
Because the experience and quality of care for our patients are our top priorities, we have decided to close this facility, effective February 27, 2026.
What this means for your Downtown Clinic clients:
- If your clients wish to continue seeing their Downtown provider, they can follow them to the Southeast Medical Center, where the Downtown providers will be relocated.
- If your client needs to move their care within Gonzaba Medical Group, contact our Community Healthcare Advocate team for help in finding new providers. We can assist you with our provider network and location options to find the best fit for your clients.
