Compliance
Ethics and accountability are central to the core values and mission of Gonzaba Medical Group (GMG). Our patients and their families put their trust in us, as do our personnel, clinicians, vendors, business associates and the communities we serve. We share the important responsibility to continuously strive to achieve the highest standards of ethical practice.
Gonzaba Medical Group is committed to establishing and maintaining an effective compliance program in accordance with the Compliance Program Guidance published by the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (the “HHS-OIG Guidance”). As such, our Board of Directors in conjunction with our senior leadership team established our Compliance Program in 2010 to demonstrate their sincere ongoing efforts to comply with the law, and our policies and procedures.
The intent of our Compliance Program is to provide general guidance regarding compliance, ethics, and conduct of all GMG employees, providers, contractors, temporary personnel, students, and volunteers. As a member of our team, we expect you to lead by example, ask questions if you don’t know the answer, and report any noncompliance or concerns about inappropriate or unethical behavior on the job. Visit our compliance training portal for more information on our Compliance Program, Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures.
To make a report, please contact your supervisor, Human Resources or any member of the senior management team. You may also report non-compliance by calling our anonymous toll-free Compliance Hotline (1-855-877-6051) or via the Internet at www.gonzaba.ethicspoint.com
GMG will not retaliate or tolerate any retaliation against you for reporting in good faith.
