Rosalie Garza, FNP-C, has over 25 years of medical experience, including 14 years in Critical Care nursing. Her excellent communication, motivational and interpersonal skills help her establish a positive, trusting relationship with patients and their families.

Beginning her career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, NP Garza knew she wanted to continue her education to provide the best possible healthcare to Texas communities. She earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing, from the University of Texas at Arlington, receiving her board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020.

While furthering her education, NP Rosalie Garza continued nursing as a Hospital Transplant Nurse and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse. For two years, NP Garza served as a Hospital ICU Director at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital. Working in intensive and critical care settings, she has extensive experience managing emergency situations with efficiency, skill, and empathy. While serving as a Hospice Care Nurse Practitioner, NP Garza also helped provide the best in quality care and comfort for patients with terminal conditions.

NP Rosalie Garza joined Gonzaba Medical Group in 2023. She chose to bring her expertise to Gonzaba because GMG focuses on improving the overall health of communities and improving the healthcare needs of individuals. Fluent in both English and Spanish, NP Rosalie Garza is proud to provide positive, effective care for patients of all ages, backgrounds and walks of life.
