Sally and her husband did not know a lot of people when they moved to San Antonio. When Gonzaba opened their North Central Event Center about five years ago they decided to check it out. Now Sally feels like she and her husband have many friends, an active lifestyle and a positive community through the Gonzaba Event Center.
One of Sally’s favorite hobbies is crafting and she has been able to reconnect with her love for art through the North Central events center craft days.
In 2017, Dr. Bill Gonzaba, our CEO and founder, wanted to dedicate a whole month to recognizing the city’s senior community. September was named Celebrate San Antonio Seniors month– a month to spotlight the accomplishments and contributions made by the senior community.
